Trque Leather collaborate with Ocean Beetle and curated a 100% Made In Japan helmet with hand-sewn leather trim.
Trque Leather are particular about the material used for "The Enthusiast" Helmet and its manufacturing method.
Helmet shell made from FRB and the shell painting will deteriorate over time to give it a vintage look.
The helmet interior and strap are stitched by Trque Leather. From material and stitching are sourced and made in Japan.
Strap made from tanned horsehide which gives the strap a smooth silky feel and not easily scratched. The strap will show unique sign of aging as time passes.
Thick black leather trim around the helmets are hammered to provide stitching holes and skilfully hand stitched with thick twisted thread for additional vintage details. This step is very time consuming so only limited The Enthusiast helmet is produce every month.
The helmet liner is made from high quality, high repulsion and high density urethane foam. Cover with corduroy fabric for extra comfort. Helmet liners are detachable by velcro which can be remove to wash.
There is a leather loop at the end of the helmet to secure your riding google.
