Warranty, Exchange and Return

Our exchange policy

We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. WhatsApp us at +65 98894262 with your order number and why you want to return your order.

You can either:

Bring the item over to our store during our operating days within 30 days for exchange or we'll offer you our store voucher equivalent to your purchase.

OR send back the item using a courier with tracking number. We do not bear the return shipping cost nor are responsible for missing parcel. We'll send out the exchange item within a week if it's available/ in stock. We'll cover the shipping charges for the exchange item. If the item is not available, we will offer you our store voucher equivalent to your purchase.

Same policy applies to Malaysia and Brunei purchase.

Exchanges are possible with us, as long as the original purchased item is in PERFECT new condition. This includes all tags, boxes, labels and packaging. Items must only be tried on, never ridden with, and not been installed.

My order is incorrect or not in mint condition.

We're sorry for not able to fulfil your order.

Policies will be same as above but we'll bear the return charges to our Singapore store. Our staff will contact you on how to return.

How will I receive my store voucher? 

Our store voucher is digital voucher and it can be used in-store or online. It'll be sent to you via your email address or mobile number. There will be a unique code for you in order to use the voucher. The store voucher value will be equivalent to the item exchange (excluding shipping fee if there's any).

Store voucher is valid for 6 months.

My item is defective within/or after the 30 days exchange policy.

Fret not. We'll cover defects with regard only to material and workmanship. Just WhatsApp us at +65 98894262 with photos of the defect and our staff will advise from there.

This warranty does not include failure due to improper assembly by the end user, normal wear and tear, or general neglect. Surface finish imperfections and/or surface degradation due to aging and weather are not covered by this warranty.

We are not responsible for damage to your person or property due to improper installation and/or human error.
