What are the delivery options?
We provide 2 delivery methods. Ship to you or self pick-up from store.
When can I receive my items after order is placed (excluding preorders)?
If order is placed before 5pm, we'll have it packed and shipped out on the same day.
For self pick-up, our staff will WhatsApp you once it's ready for pick up.

If it's on our operating day, you can pick it up within our operating hours. If it's not our operating day, please arrange with our staff on your preferred day and time.
For shipping of small items like visors, goggles, shields, t-shirt, it'll be sent to you via Ninja Van. It'll normally reach you within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email notification from us on the tracking number once it's sent out.
As for bigger items like helmets, handlebars and seats, our logistics staff will deliver to you. We will WhatsApp you a day prior to delivery. If no one is home to receive the item, let us know if you've any secret compartment outside your house or we can leave it with your friendly neighbours.
For Malaysia and Brunei order, it'll take around 2 weeks to reach you. We'll update you on the tracking number once it's sent out.
What are the delivery charges?
For local delivery:
Small items like visors, goggles, shields and t-shirt at SGD 5-10
Bigger items like helmets, handlebars and seats at SGD 20 onwards
For Malaysia and Brunei:
Small items like visors, goggles, shields and t-shirt at SGD 25
Bigger items like helmets, handlebars and seats at SGD 45 onwards

What happens if I key in a wrong address or incomplete address?
WhatsApp us at +65 98894262 as soon as you realised you indicated the wrong/incomplete address. We'll also contact you if our shipping partner or our logistics staff noticed the wrong/ incomplete address too.
Any refused/abandoned packages will not be refunded or reimbursed.
I need my order urgently.
If you need your order urgently, you can WhatsApp us at +65 98894262 to arrange before you place an order. Our staff will confirm with you if the item is available and you have to choose self pick-up as delivery method. You will have to request for your own pick up services like Grab Express or Lalamove etc, and our staff will be there to hand over your item to your dispatch personnel.
Any charges for re-delivery?
You enjoy up to 3 attempts for Ninja Van re-schedule delivery. Simply click on the link sent to your mobile phone to arrange. As for our own delivery of big items, just WhatsApp us at +6598894262 if there's any last minute changes.
For Malaysia and Brunei order, you'll receive a notification for re-deliver.
Are there any restricted areas within Singapore that you don’t deliver to?
We do not deliver to army camps and most of the islands in Singapore (e.g. Pulau Ubin).
Regulations, custom and taxes.
We bear all local GST for Singapore customers.
As for Malaysia and Brunei, our shipping partner will contact you once your order reach it's destination.
