What are the payment options?
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards via Shopify payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopBack Pay Later, PayPal and our store gift card on our online store.
We accept Cash, Paynow and our store gift card at our retail store.
Using Kikstart promo code, gift card or store voucher during check out.
Simply enter the unique code of your gift card, store voucher or our ongoing promo code during check out and that's it.
If it doesn't work, it's either:
- entered the wrong code
- the gift card, store voucher or promo code had expired
- exceeded the maximum number of users for the respective promo code
- did not meet the requirement and terms and conditions of the promotion

Kikstart reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promo code, gift card or store voucher without prior notice.

What currency is stated in the website?
All items are listed in Singapore Dollars. If your check out address is in Malaysia, it'll be converted to Malaysia Ringgit automatically.
Why are some products in the website listed as preorder?
The brands we carry have a wide range of colours/designs and sizes. We do not stock up helmets as we believe in selling helmets that are newly manufactured.
We run on preorders, so that our prices match what you see online.
How long does the preorder takes?
Our preorder usually reach our store within 4 - 6 weeks. If it's longer than 6 weeks, we will cancel your order upon request and provide refund.
If you need a helmet urgently, we will loan you a similar helmet (free-of-charge) upon request till your preorder reaches.
Any discount if I'm buying a few items?
Our products are priced very close to their RRP (Recommended Retail Price).
So the answer is sadly a no, but you can check out our on-going promotion here
Not forgetting there is a 20% off all helmet accessories like shields, visor, goggles and helmet stand with purchase of any helmet.
Is your helmet street legal in Singapore?
We do not send our helmets for PSB testing for Singapore market.
Brands like Biltwell, Felix and Momo Design meet and exceed DOT and/or ECE safety standard. As for Ocean Beetle, it's only for the 1%er.
Choosing the right size for your helmet.
Although every brand has a sizing chart for their helmet, we'll recommend you to visit us to try the fit and their comfort level (e.g. a 60cm head circumference could be either round or oval). So visit us during our operating day or WhatsApp us at +6598894262 to arrange a visit.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We generally prepare your order on the same day as your order is placed.
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please WhatsApp us at +65 98894262 ASAP with your order number and the reason for amending or canceling. Our staff will reply you.
I received the wrong item/size/colour or a missing item in the order.
We're sorry for not being able to fulfil your order.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts all your personal information including your credit card details in transmission to our 3rd party credit card processor. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
